Frequently Asked Questions
What JSON structure is supported?
An array of objects is the primary supported shape, e.g. [{ "name": "John" }, { "name": "Jane" }]. A single object is also accepted and treated as a one-row CSV.
How are nested objects handled?
Nested objects are flattened into dot-path columns — { "address": { "city": "London" } } becomes a column named address.city. This is clearly documented rather than silently producing broken CSV.
What happens to arrays inside a JSON object?
Array values are kept as their JSON text in a single cell (e.g. ["a","b"]) rather than being silently dropped or exploded into extra rows.
What if my JSON is invalid?
You'll get a specific error message — not just "Invalid JSON" — telling you what's wrong and, where possible, showing the expected structure.
